Every user gets 25 free label prints daily with no credit card required. This allows you to verify printer compatibility, barcode scannability, and formatting before making any financial commitment.

1. No Refunds on Paid Subscriptions

FastLabel is a digital self-service web application. Because complete functionality and free daily allocations are provided upfront for evaluation, all paid subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.

2. Free Trial & Hardware Verification

Users are required to take advantage of the 25 daily free prints to ensure their thermal printer hardware (e.g., Munbyn, Rollo, Zebra, Dymo) and roll sizes produce acceptable results prior to upgrading to a paid tier.

3. Easy Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. Once cancelled, your Pro features will remain accessible until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further charges will be made.

4. Billing Support & Duplicate Charges

In the event of an inadvertent duplicate transaction or technical payment processing error, please contact our support team immediately so the duplicate charge can be reviewed and corrected.
